We collect following data from clients for analysis
—OEM, design, drive end – non drive end, history?
—How the bearing was mounted?
—Lubrication practices and sample analysis
—Damaged bearing sample / pictures / videos
—Vibration analysis report if available
—Bearing life etc
Then we evaluate and run our analysis
If needed we can talk to the end user or the technical staff who was directly involved in the mounting / dismounting or operation of the damaged bearing.
